 Lifetime Warranty
This product has been manufactured under the highest standards of quality. Kafel Amps warrants this product to be free of manufacturing defects, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, for a lifetime. Vacuum tubes are Warranted for 2 years.
Any defective parts will be replaced free of charge, excluding shipping and handling.
Conditions and Limitations
This Warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations. The Warranty is void if the product damage is caused by accident; abuse; unreasonable use or neglect; failure to provide timely maintenance in accordance with the instruction manual; modifications to the product; damage resulting from failure to follow instructions in accordance with the instruction manual; damage resulting from unauthorized repairs; a product in which the serial number has been altered or removed; damage caused by power brownouts or surges; acts of God; acts of domestic or foreign terrorism; damage caused during shipping (claims must be presented to the carrier); products used for non-audio applications.
This Warranty is limited to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable.
Remedy
If a product requires Warranty service, the purchaser must first contact Kafel Amps via email, fax or postal mail describing the problem, and will be issued a return authorization number. Products must be returned in the original shipping box, carefully packaged and insured, at the purchasers expense. Products returned without authorization will be rejected. The product will be repaired without charge for parts (except tubes that are more than 2 years old), or labor. The product will be returned to the purchaser via prepaid, insured shipping. This constitutes the purchasers sole remedy.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE ABOVE PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COSTS OR DAMAGES TO THE PURCHASER. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or an exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
